Returns

Our policy lasts 5 days only on orders over $100. If 5 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If your order (before shipping and taxes) was less than $100, we cannot offer a refund at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached.

All sale or discounted items, undergarments, swimwear, gift cards, and accessories are final sale.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and check for a pending amount.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@frockify.com.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How to Return an Item

  1. Send an email to  info@frockify.comwithin 48 hours of receiving your order. Please use your order number as your subject and in the body of the email, please include the style(s) you want to return and why. Then please confirm the item(s) are unworn and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

 

  1. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with a return authorization form for you to fill out, print out, and include in your return package or you may email it to us. We will paypal you the amount to return the items to us.

 

  1. You must ship the item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns are at Frockify's expense only within the 5 day period.

 

  1. Once we receive the item(s) and completed return authorization form, we will assess it and issue the refund if it is in the condition we sent it. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be issued back on your card or method of payment.

 

International

 When will my super great Frockify item(s) ship? 
All items will ship from Phoenix, AZ. Your order will most likely ship within 1 business day. However, please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you need your order quickly, please email us for a quote for expedited shipping: info@frockify.com

 

 Shipping Within the United States 
We currently offer $6.00 USD flat-rate priority shipping for all domestic orders with free returns within 5 days (see returns page here). Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order. You will always receive a tracking number for your convenience. 

Please note: we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Furniture Shipping
If item states that it's not available online, that means it is for sale only in our boutique located at 4206 N. 7th Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85013. If you would like to pay for item over the phone, give us a call or message us and we can conduct payment that way. You can either pick the item up, or we can deliver it to you for a flat fee of $20 if you live in the greater Phoenix area.

 

 International Shipping 
We currently ship flat-rate USPS Express International Shipping $20.00 USD, items over 3 lbs ship for $25.00 USD. Your items are delivered between 10-15 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for Frockify to process and ship your order. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We cannot offer returns or refunds for items shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.

                          
 Customs / Import Taxes for International Orders 
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Frockify will declare full $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Frockify will not put a lower value on the parcel.

 

Layaway

Item must be over $150 to be eligible for layaway. Message us if you want an item on layaway. We will send you a paypal invoice for 20% down (deposit) to hold the item and you have 90 days from when the invoice is sent to pay and we're good to go. Once you have paid the remainder, we will ship it to you immediately. If 90 days passes and the item is still not paid for, the item becomes available again for other shoppers and the deposit is kept as a fee for having it unavailable for other customers for three months. Layaway items are not eligible for return no matter what due to the duration it was unavailable for other shoppers.
