Joan Skirt

Size Guide

This vintage 70's cotton white petticoat was originally used under dresses and skirts, and would expose the cute little floral pattern on the bottom. Petticoats in this Edwardian style had a resurgence in the 70's for gals who wore western wear. You can wear this as a slip or as a skirt in today's modern times. The skirt ties on the side, with an opening (see photo), so you'll want to wear your swimsuit or some sort of shorties to not expose too much of yourself! This is such a cool skirt for the summer and for all you boho goddesses!

Measurements
If measurements are included in the product description, please note the frocks are measured lying flat. Waist and hips measurements are doubled to give you the full circumference measurement. For example, if the product reads "Waist: 27 in", then that is the entire waist measurement of the garment. When measuring your waist, take a measure tape around your waist area, above your hips. Make sure that it is not too tight. When measuring your hips and chest, measure the widest part around your lower body and breasts, again, not too tight.
