Ellis Shorts

Size Guide

Incredible vintage 1930's high waist, short navy blue shorties. These gorgeous, one of a kind, shorts were presumably owned/handmade by CH Escande, as that name was sewn where a modern label would be placed. The shorts zip on the side and close with a button at the top. The shorts are incredibly light and comfortable, made from what feels like a cotton and linen fabric. These would have been worn as sportswear out with friends for some activities, although shorts were still controversial for most activities then. This style is great for modern babes!

Measurements
If measurements are included in the product description, please note the frocks are measured lying flat. Waist and hips measurements are doubled to give you the full circumference measurement. For example, if the product reads "Waist: 27 in", then that is the entire waist measurement of the garment. When measuring your waist, take a measure tape around your waist area, above your hips. Make sure that it is not too tight. When measuring your hips and chest, measure the widest part around your lower body and breasts, again, not too tight.
