Our policy lasts 5 days only on orders over $100. If 5 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If your order (before shipping and taxes) was less than $100, we cannot offer a refund at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached.
All sale or discounted items, undergarments, swimwear, gift cards, and accessories are final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and check for a pending amount.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How to Return an Item
1. Send an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please use your order number as your subject and in the body of the email, please include the style(s) you want to return and why. Then please confirm the item(s) are unworn and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
2. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with a return authorization form for you to fill out, print out, and include in your return package or you may email it to us. We will paypal you the amount to return the items to us.
3. You must ship the item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns are at Frockify's expense only within the 5 day period.
4. Once we receive the item(s) and completed return authorization form, we will assess it and issue the refund if it is in the condition we sent it. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be issued back on your card or method of payment.
We cannot offer returns or refunds for items shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.
